We want you to be happy with GradeMyClose. If you're not, here's how refunds work.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page or by contacting us. When you cancel, you keep access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan.
If you're unsatisfied with the service, contact us at support@grademyclose.com within 7 days of your payment and we'll issue a full refund for that billing period. No questions asked.
The free plan (2 graded calls/day) is always free and requires no payment information. You can use it indefinitely without any obligation to upgrade.
